Payroll Administrator

Do you have a passion for creating joy for our colleagues? We are looking for a payroll administrator to join our people and culture team. In this exciting role you will be supporting our estate of almost 600 stores and nearly 6000 colleagues.

What can you expect from the role?

The role of a payroll administrator at Vision Express will see you get involved in processing payments, supporting our new starters and existing colleagues with the import of all payroll related documents and amendments to their records.

This opportunity will see you partnering with stakeholders across the business to offer insight and analysis. Using your knowledge and experience in the industry, you will get involved in supporting our compliance to legal requirements and providing guidance to our colleagues across the business

About you

We are looking for candidates with previous experience within a similar role, ideally within a retail-environment.

This key role will see you build relationships with a number of our colleagues and stakeholders across the business, so we are looking for someone who has a collaborative style and who is great at influencing and developing team members.
